Neuner’s is the most recommended line of herbal teas for breastfeeding mums.
I was recently given the opportunity to try their 'Baby Stomach Tea' and 'Nursing Tea'.
Baby Stomach Tea
It's a herbal blend of chamomile, aniseed, fennel, caraway and thyme, used to treat colic, trapped wind and unsettled tummies. It's sugar and caffeine free.
I was a bit unsure about giving Baby Boo tea, even if it is herbal 'baby tea'. I thought I'd give it a go, shortly after she had some food, and I have to say she really seemed to like it! Baby Boo has suffered from reflux and colic since she was tiny, so I am definitely going to try this the next time she has a bad tummy!
It's a herbal blend of fennel, caraway, aniseed, verbena and fenugreek seeds.
This mix of herbs is specifically blended to support breastfeeding mothers by increasing milk supply and helping baby and mummy to unwind.
It has been voted 'Best Breastfeeding Tea'.
I am not always fond of herbal teas.
To me they always seem a bit plain and boring, needing to add sugar to make them taste remotely nice.
This tea is already sweet enough and no sugar is needed. Saying that, the smell of aniseed is quite strong, but don't let that put you off. The tea is very relaxing and it definitely does help you to unwind after a long day.
I am now giving you the opportunity to win some for yourself!
