Super Healthy Ice lollies

These lollies are so good for you, and so yummy too!
I absolutely love ice lollies, I think they are the perfect dessert, and good for you!

These ice lollies are very low calorie, but perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth!

You just need;
* 1 cup of low fat yogurt
* 1 1/2 cups of berries 
(you can use frozen berries, blackberries, strawberries etc!)
I used Strawberries, Cranberries, Blueberries and Blackberries!

1. Cut up the berries into bitesize pieces
2. Pop the berries & yogurt into the blender for about 30 secs.
3. Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze!
4. Enjoy!
