Annabel Karmel's Baby & Toddler Meal Planner Book Review

Sorry! That's quite a long title!
I purchased the book a while back,
and I decided I wanted to let the world know how much I love it!
Since I have been cooking Baby Boo meals now, I decided I really need some inspiration.
The Boyf and I, don't always eat..healthily.
Well I don't always cook large family meals, sometimes I just bung things in the oven.
On days like that, it's not like I can just blend that up and give it to Baby Boo.
So I needed to start cooking her her own meals.
That's where this book comes in.

What's brilliant about it, is that it has recipes ideas from weaning to 1-2 years plus+.
So quite a large age range.

I did purchase this book a little late, but I can imagine it being a godsend for parents who are starting to wean their babies. The book includes guidelines and recipes to follow, as well as a clear understanding of what babies need at what age,
and what is appropriate for them to eat.

Including useful information on storage, freezing, nutrition,
portion size, feed frequency and lots more!
The recipes are all simple, easy to follow and very yummy!
Many of the recipes work just as well for grown ups too!

If you are looking for some Baby or Toddler Meal inspiration, look no further.
This book gives you great ideas from first purees to finger food.
