My Current Favourite Oral Care Products

After a recent trip to the dentist, I vowed to take better care of my pearly whites. I mean they're in pretty good condition but there's always more you can do isn't there. Not to mention, the amount of tea I drink - can cause stains, so it's important to take extra care (or give up tea, but I don't see that happening anytime soon!) So I've been trying out a few different products recently to find out which works best in helping me improve my oral hygiene.
First up is my new Oral B Pro 2500 toothbrush. I absolutely love electric toothbrushes and I definitely feel like they do work better at keeping teeth clean and healthy - rather than a manual toothbrush. Not that there's anything wrong with that either! I received the toothbrush in pink, and it comes with a travel case and a charger. The toothbrush has a circular head, and it oscillates to really get into all the nooks and crannies. I've found the motor to be quite loud, which I always worry about as my little ones are light sleepers and their bedroom is right next to the bathroom! Haha. But that's not really an issue, maybe I just have sensitive ears! The toothbrush lasts quite a long time without needing recharging, about 4 days and the little light on it comes on when it's needs charging. The only issue I have with this toothbrush is that comes with a shaving plug, which we cannot plug in anywhere in the house, so I had to buy a separate adapter. If you have the correct socket, then that's not an issue - but I would like to have been informed of this on the packaging. Aside from that though, the toothbrush is really brilliant and has made a noticeable difference to my teeth! You can purchase the Oral B Pro 2500* from Amazon.

I've been also been trying out the CB12 Breath Spray recently. I suffer from dry mouth quite regularly, and I don't think tea helps there either! Not to mention this time of year - I always have a cold, and that makes my dry mouth worse. Having a dry mouth can occasionally cause bad breath so I tend to have chewing gum on me at all times, but that just masks the smell. CB12 spray* instead neutralizes the bacteria in your mouth to prevent the bad breath. The spray is a handy size to pop in my handbag, and it's so easy and quick to use. The taste isn't overpowering or too minty either so it's perfect. Even if you don't suffer from bad breath, it's great for a quick spritz before meeting someone, or perhaps after eating a heavy meal.

Last but not least, a little something for the little ones! Truth is, my children absolutely hated brushing their teeth. They used to scream & hide & run away. Refuse to let me ever help them, until I bought them a battery toothbrush. Now they gladly do it themselves (with a little help from me at the end) and it's so much less stressful. I am definitely going to be using battery toothbrushes for them from now on, but their toothbrushes were getting a bit worn and needed to be replaced - so what better thing to replace them with than some fun Minions toothbrushes!* My little girl is obsessed with Minions at the moment, so these are perfect! The bristles are soft for their little baby teeth, but still make it easy to give them a proper clean, and encourage them to do it themselves by making teeth cleaning fun - instead of dreading it! We were also sent some Minions Mild Toothpaste, which is not too strong for little mouths, but it smells really clean and fresh!
