DIY Patterned Star Decorations {Tutorial}

I was looking for a unique, cute craft to do with my little ones that we could hang on the tree. My little ones can bored pretty darn quickly, so quick & easy crafts tend to be the way to go. I can't deal with planning all of these fancy activities for hours before hand! So we came up with these little cardboard star decorations and I love how they've turned out!

You Will Need:
* Cardboard
* Star template
* White paint pens/white pencils
* Hole punch
* String

1. First I cut out several stars onto the cardboard and punched a hole through the top points.
2. Then we got to work, decorating our stars with beautiful, crazy patterns!

3. After leaving to dry, we tied string through them and hung them up!

What do you think? I really love them!

I am linking up over the next two weeks with Jemma from Thimbleandtwig & Fee from OneOfEachMeandMineWe would love to have you join us and link up any seasonal craft posts, new or old, for little or large ones, to help celebrate the magic of Winter. Find out more about this here
