Film Fan Friday - My Fun Sized Life

Welcome back to my Film Fan Friday series, asking fellow bloggers a few questions about their taste in movies! Another week, another guest. This week we have the amazing Beth from My Fun Sized Life!

#1 What are your top three favourite films of all time?
Mr Nobody, The Wolf Of Wall Street and Donnie Darko.

#2 What is your favourite movie genre?
This is a hard one because I like so many different types of films but I think my favourites are probably thrillers and sci-fis. I also like a good Marvel film but I don't think that counts as a genre!

#3 Do you remember the first 'grown up' film you watched?
Yes it was Angus Thongs & Perfect Snogging. It came out when I was about 10 years old and I could relate to Georgia so much because I was (and still am) pretty awkward and unlucky!

#4 Have any movies ever made you cry? If so, what? Or what makes you cry every time you watch it?!
When I was little I would cry at every single film. I think the first one I saw in the cinema was Monsters Inc and I cried at that and Finding Nemo! Also Titanic but that's pretty obvious. I cry from the very beginning of it to be honest because it just makes me so sad!

#5 What is the scariest film you have ever seen?
I can deal with scary films pretty well! But the one I was most afraid of was Nightmare On Elms Street.

#6 If there was a film based on your life, who would play you?
I would love for Jennifer Lawrence to play me because she's awesome and we both share a huge love for pizza.

#7 What would be the opening song on the soundtrack, to the movie about you?
The whole soundtrack would have to be by Alex Turner because I love him and he did a cracking job with Submarine.

#8 Harry Potter or Disney?
Definitely Disney! I enjoy Harry Potter but I just don't have the same connection with it that other people my age seem to have. I could watch Disney films for the rest of my life and be happy.

#9 If you had a dinner party, which 3 film characters would you invite?
Star Lord because I'm in love with him. Jessie from Toy Story because I was obsessed with her when I was little and The Dude because I think he would be a laugh (and would probably get on really well with Star Lord!)

#10 What's the very last film you watched? Did you enjoy it?
I saw Dr Strange over the weekend and it was awesome! Even if you're not usually a big Marvel fan I think it's still worth a watch!
Thank you Beth! I love Wolf of Wall Street & Donnie Darko. Wolf of Wall Street has to be one of the funniest movies I have watched in a long time! Also, I love Jennifer Lawrence!
