Top Movies to See Right Now (and Coming Soon)

This is a collaborative post.

I used to love going to watch a movie at the cinema when I'm able. Whether it's a family trip or an outing with friends, it just offers a different experience to watching movies at home. You can buy a big popcorn and drink (even if they are a bit expensive) and settle in to watch something exciting on the big screen. Here are my top picks for this month if you're looking for something to do.

Tully
Any parents, and particularly mothers, are sure to appreciate this one. Charlize Theron plays an overworked and underappreciated mother whose life changes when her brother gifts her a night nanny. I think we all kind of like the idea of someone coming to rescue us from the stresses of motherhood sometimes. {I literally cannot wait to watch this movie. The trailer has been out for a while now, and I am all about representing the real side of motherhood!! It looks awesome}.

The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society
It's hard to pass up a whimsical British movie. This one is set on the Channel Island of Guernsey, although it wasn't filmed there. With Lily James and a whole host of other great British actors, this post-WWII film follows a journalist who writes about a club formed during the occupation of Guernsey during the war.

Deadpool 2
Any fans of slightly naughtier comedy will be excited to catch the sequel to Deadpool and its brand new crime fighting "super dooper group". His new team features a range of new superpower-wielding members, plus Peter, who just saw the ad and showed up (played by Rob Delaney, who some might recognise from Channel 4's Catastrophe).

Avengers: Infinity War
Of course, you can't forget the new Avengers movie. It's already had the most successful opening weekend of all the MCU movies. But if you've never seen any of the others, it might not be for you - it has just about everyone in it. {Can't wait for this one either, I know it's out already but I decided I wanted to catch up right from the beginning of the Marvel films..so I may be here a while..}.
