Living Arrows (Week 17 2021)

'Living Arrows' is a lovely thing to take part in, and such a wonderful thing to look back on. Sharing every day, or special moments with your children, sharing cute photos and watching them grow up through photographs.

"You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth"

Back to normality this past week, and it's been nice. We've been learning about different ways we can help the planet, from planting flowers, to feeding the birds, to recycling correctly and using less plastic.

We've also been out and about a lot this week, only in our local town but we've done lots of exploring. Spotting animals and insects, splashing in the river and making daisy chains. I love it. We all love it.

I can't help but thinking how much of this we would all miss out on if they were at public school, this is their school. Making bird feeders, learning the names of flowers, of birds and trees. Reading books together and decorating their school space with crafts and posters. Watching them learn, and soak it all in and grow before my very eyes. It's so wonderful.
