Mother's Day Picnic


For Mother's Day this year, it was just going to be myself & our two little ones. We didn't have a lot of money to spend but the sun was out, and we decided to go on a picnic! I packed some sandwiches, drinks and fruit in our little coolbag and we headed out. We didn't want to really go too far, so we headed to our secret place!
The little ones love to explore here. Looking over the bridge at the river, playing pooh sticks & seeing who could make the biggest splash! 

After lots of exploring we all sat down to have some yummy food! I even packed tea in a flask. Yes! 

We all had such a nice time, and it was such a lovely way to spend an afternoon with my little monkeys. There were so happy running around, giggling. 

After an hour or so, we started walking home. They always hand holds, it's just the sweetest.


Isn't it just so pretty?
My little girlie said on the way home "This was the best adventure ever!"
