First of all you'll need to follow this simple recipe. You'll need - cream of tartar, water, oil, salt & flour. To make the play dough 'spring themed' you'll need to add some pretty spring colours!

We used yellow & pink! Spring makes me think of daffodils (yellow) and other bright pretty flowers, so I thought these colours would work well! But you can choose what ever colours you want by using food colouring.

You could even add some essential oils to make the dough smell pretty & flowery. We used lavender oil for the pinky dough, and chamomile for the yellow dough!

Lastly we gathered some flowers & petals from the garden. I was going to mix the flowers in with the dough before we played with it, but in the end I just popped the different flowers on the table with the play dough so we could pick & choose what we wanted to add!
