4 Romantic Valentines Day Craft Ideas
Any holiday or special occasion and you can almost guarantee I am going to get my craft supplies out for it! Valentines Day is no exception! I love to make a few little crafts in the Valentines theme, pop up a couple of little decorations to really set the lovey-dovey mood! ♥ I wanted to share with you today four, pretty easy but really effective Valentines Day craft ideas!
First up are these sweet hanging hearts. I love how they've turned out, they look really sweet hanging above my bed. I did mention that these are easy crafts and that was no lie! I simply cut out a few hearts out of red card, in two different sizes and taped them to some pink wool. I then pinned them up onto the wall above my bed! See, super easy but really cute!
Now, this heart vase is even easier to make! I always save coffee jars as they are such a brilliant shape and size, I knew they'd be perfect to make a little jar with. I washed the jar and hot glued some burlap around it, adding a little heart made out of card! I actually love it, and it can be used all year round.
Candles are so much fun to make, I knew I wanted to make some more for Valentines Day! These rose scented candles are the perfect little DIY to do on a cold winter evening, and a lovely way to set the romantic atmosphere in your home too. You can find out how I made them >> here <<
Last but not least, this sweet little wool wrapped love sign! Using *thick craft wire, I bent the wire into the word love and snipped off the end. I then used this lovely thick pink wool to wrap it around the letters. (You need a few layers to look really effective). I am actually really impressed with this little creation!
