Worrying about your children is something every parent struggles with. It starts right at the very beginning, when you find out you are pregnant! It starts almost immediately and I doubt if it stops at all! I've always worried the most when my little ones were babies, particularly when they are sleeping! It might sound silly but what with SIDS or the fact we co-sleep during the early months, it can be hard not to worry! (I'm not ashamed to say, when my little ones would nap as babies, I'd gently blow on them or stroke them to make sure they were ok!)

Worrying is an automatic response when you become a parent, but there are products available to help ease your anxieties and alert you when there are any problems, particularly when you are sleeping. So I was very pleased to be able to review the Snuza Hero Baby Breathing Monitor

The Snuza Hero is a wearable baby monitor that attaches to your little baby's nappy when they are sleeping, to monitor your baby's breathing. If no movement is detected for 15 seconds the device with vibrate, and if there is still no movement after 20 seconds an alarm will sound. It's really easy to use and set up. You'll need to fold the top of your baby's nappy over to make a thick band, and using the clip, attach the monitor to the top of the nappy so the sensor is touching your little ones stomach. Simply press on and it'll vibrate to let you know it's ready.

There are a lot of fantastic, over the top devices and baby products on sale nowadays it can be hard to decide exactly what you need. If you want to keep your mind at ease, and be able to monitor your little ones even while you sleep, this is the device for you. It's such a clever, yet simple device. It's portable, small and looks very basic from the outside - but it's a very clever little gadget. Unlike many of the baby monitors available, it's specifically made to keep a close eye on your baby's breathing. Without any wires, recharging problems, or added apps needed to sync to your phone - meaning it's a very reliable device.

I'm a big fan of the Snuza Hero already. We've had no issues with it at all, and my little girl seems perfectly happy while wearing it. I've found it easier to put it on before she falls asleep though, as opposed to trying to attach it without waking her. The device worked really well for us, and I'm very impressed! For a good nights sleep, and peace of mind knowing your baby is being monitored at all times, definitely take a look at the Snuza Hero Baby Breathing Monitor.
