I absolutely love shopping from small handmade businesses throughout the year. Whether it's Mother's/Father's Day, Birthday, perhaps you're decorating a nursery for a new arrival or even looking for gifts for teachers - I always look at smaller businesses to find something more beautiful, more unique than any big retailers can provide.
It can be tricky for smaller handmade businesses to be heard above all the big brands, so that's why it's important to explore and look around. Browse those beautiful independent shops, buy from your friends businesses, keep the small businesses flourishing.
Misc & Macht is a lovely little business, selling beautiful, personalised and affordable home decor, based in Somerset.
As soon as I was introduced to the brand, I knew I needed some of her amazing pom pom garlands in my life! There's something so sweet, but minimalistic about pom pom garlands isn't there? They're cute, quirky and the ideal little decoration for brightening up any space.
I currently have 3 pom pom garlands from Misc & Macht, but I wanted to show you my fab Halloween/Autumn inspired items, that she custom made for me today!
Autumn is my absolute favourite time of year, and I really love decorating for the season (possibly more so than decorating for Christmas!), so I asked for a custom made 'Halloween coloured' garland, and it's really..perfect. The garlands from Misc & Macht are always great quality, and the colours and vibrant and beautiful!
I really love my new garlands and I think they look perfect on my little shelf, amongst my other seasonal decorations!
The pom pom garlands can be custom made in colours of your choosing, and they really look lovely in any room! The garlands would look gorgeous as birthday party decorations, halloween decor (like me!) or you could even decorate your Christmas tree with them soon. They'd really add a fun pop of colour to any upcoming celebration!
As well as the fab garlands, Misc & Macht have recently started offering personalised prints too. If you know me, or have seen inside my home - you'll know I love a good print or two! My home is full of them, and 90% of them are bought from small handmade businesses.
As I was sprucing up my home and decorating for the season, I really wanted some fun new prints to brighten up the place too! So she kindly created a couple of adorable little prints for me, and I think the real complete the whole look. I feel ready for Halloween now!
