{AD/Review} Coats From Lighthouse Clothing

My family and I absolutely love spending time outside to get some fresh air and exercise, and try to ensure we get out every single day. This is where one of my favourite quotes comes in "There's no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing". We love getting out in all weathers, so it's important to have appropriate clothing to protect you from the elements.
We were kindly given the opportunity to review some beautiful new coats from Lighthouse Clothing, and safe to say we're all impressed (and protected from the weather too!).

Lighthouse Clothing have a wonderful selection of high quality, stylish outerwear. Their products are created with style, and weather protection in mind. Keeping you dry and cosy in all weathers, while looking your best at the same time!

I decided to go for the stylish 'Outback Full Length Waterproof Raincoat in Fern'. I don't actually own any green coats, so I thought a long green waterproof coat would be a great addition to my wardrobe. I needed a practical coat that would suit my hectic life, but also protect me from the drastic weather changes we've been having in England! 


The Outback Full Length Raincoat is waterproof and windproof and it's full of functional features. It has lots of zipped pockets, including on the inside which is ideal, walking leg straps, a detachable hood, warm lining and a cape to add a slight feminine touch too.
I'm very impressed with my beautiful, stylish new coat. It's great quality, definitely protects you from the elements, and it's the ideal coat for busy mums who can't hold umbrellas on the go, or your kids love to fill your pockets with all sorts of toys! (Just mine?)

Now moving on to the children's coats. Have you ever seen cuter coats in your life?!

My biggest girlie decided to go with this beautiful 'Amelia Coat  - Lamb and Friends Print' and my boy decided to try the 'Lucas Coat - Tractor Print' and they both love them, as do I! They have worn them every single day since they arrived! The coats are waterproof, breathable, cosy - and beautiful! Did I mention it the freaking adorable prints! My girls has a cute farm animals type print, with a blue background and pink lining. My boys coat has a sweet tractors print with a dark blue background and yellow lining. Both coats are insulated with padding and a soft fleece lining, to keep them all snuggly during the cold weather. Pockets to store all the absurd things children like to carry around with them, and polyester outer fabric to protect them in all weathers.

I also really love the fact that the hoods and sleeves are elasticated, so my little ones wont feel a draught, and their hood will remain up during wet and windier days! These gorgeous, vibrant, high quality coats are the perfect way to keep cosy and dry, and brighten up the dull winter days!

Overall, I'm totally impressed with these gorgeous coats from Lighthouse Clothing. I cannot fault them at all and they really are the ideal coats to protect you from the weather, while looking great too!
