Happy Birthday Beautiful Girl!
I can't believe you are 7 years old! I'm going to say it time and time again, but I cannot believe how fast time flies.
I still remember the very second you were born, I don't ever want to forget. I remember that feeling of disbelief that you were really here. I remember being absolutely exhausted, and you wouldn't stop crying that first night as I tried to feed you and get you into your cot, so I could then sleep too. I remember struggling for a few hours trying to get you to settle, and I gave in. I picked you up, I held you so close to me and you were quiet, instantly asleep as soon as I snuggled you into me, and we slept.
You might be a Daddy's Girl, but me and you baby are so close, and I never want to lose that. I hope our relationship continues to be so connected, so close, and so loving forevermore. My perfect little girl.
You've gone through a huge transformation since your last birthday, you were this sweet, angelic, cheeky and cute, dinky little girl. You've grown up a huge amount over these past twelve months. You're no longer this little teeny girl who's just started school, you've blossomed into a wonderful, confident, clever and headstrong child.
Starting the year off by being taken out of school, as it turns out was one of the best decisions we have made as a family. We're closer than ever before, and I've been given the chance to teach you, learn with you, grow with you and our relationship is incredible now. You've been the positivity we have all desperately needed this year.
You are strong, fearless, brave, self assured, hilarious, kind, caring and thoughtful.
You are truly an incredible little girl. Happy Birthday sweetie.
