These new developments can help employees when they are in the office or at home, in order to work alongside each other and being able to increase the number of people who can comfortably work from home.
In the near future, work places will be so different to the cramped, divided spaces we are used to, and will more designed better around employees needs. The offices and equipment will be purpose designed and will help increase the happiness levels of staff, as well as productivity levels!
Modern communication devices, such as the GoBe Robot will be hugely affective in allowing employees to collaborate together, get involved in meetings and work alongside each other while being in different locations!
The pandemic has cause many of us to reassess our lives, our homes, our businesses and with many businesses reopening now and people heading back to work, now is the time to switch things up and work a little different than we once did.
Many employees and businesses have found it very successful working from their own home offices that we can definitely see that becoming more frequent. People have began to realise that they don't necessarily have to commute to work every day, when they could save a lot of time and money staying home.
With all the modern technology available at our very fingertips it's easier now than ever to be able to organise staff members and stage meetings without the issues.
Offices will become less crowded, transport will become less crowded too. Business owners will save a lot of money in the long run, as will employees not having so many travel expenses.
Our lives will become less of a rush, and workers will be able to relax and spend more time with their families.
I can definitely see this becoming the norm. I personally I feel like it's something that should have happened a long time ago.
