(AD/Review) The Addams Family: Mansion Mayhem Game

The Addams Family: Mansion Mayhem Game

We all love the new, animated Addams Family movies (cannot wait for the sequel!) in this house. When it was first released we watched it on repeat and were in absolute hysterics throughout. Sure, it's not for everyone - but it's harmless family fun and it's great for all ages.

That's why we were really excited to be given the opportunity to review the new game; The Addams Family: Mansion Mayhem.

It's a fab, fun little game - perfect for fans of the movie. Players can play either Gomez, Morticia, Wednesday and Pugsley as well as being able to play multiplayer with friends or family too.

Mansion Mayhem is a family friendly platform game filled with puzzles, quests, kooky monsters to defeat and fun, creepy (yet child friendly) worlds. Players can explore the mansion through four different levels - The Dining Room, Music Room, Graveyard and Laboratory each filled with lots of levels, platforms and puzzles to solve as a family

One thing I really love about Mansion Mayhem is the fact that the characters you choose you play, don't really have any effect on gameplay, meaning for example you don't need to play as Gomez to complete a level. Each character has all the skills needed to finish each level so you can play as however you please, which is unlike many games.

The mini games are particularly fun if you are playing in multiplayer mode and you can play against each other!

The Addams Family: Mansion Mayhem Game

Sure, Mansion Mayhem isn't the best game out there, and I certainly can't see professional games giving this one a go - but it does exactly what it says on the tin. It's exciting for the family to play together, it's harmless fun and it's well within the Addams Family theme. The music is fab, the monsters are great and the levels are exciting and creative - a wonderful little game for Addams Family fans!
