Let's talk about healthy sleep habits! Since I've been an adult, in all honesty I've had a terrible sleep routine. To find any time for myself I tend to stay up late, too late and either force myself to get up early and be exhausted all day long, or have way too much of a lie in and waste half the day!
Sleep habits are so important, to help you drift off faster and have better quality sleep. The state of your bedding is important too. Your mattress, sheets, pillows and duvet can all help to ensure you have a good night's rest.
I'm determined to revamp my sleep schedule, go to bed at a sensible time and make my bed as cosy as can be! That's why I was so excited to try out the Simba Hybrid Duvet. I've heard fantastic things about their products, so I couldn't wait to test it out for myself.

It arrived very promptly and it came in this wonderful huge storage bag which can obviously be reused, so that's excellent and it's really great quality. I can think of many uses for this handy bag! Haha.
The Simba Hybrid Duvet has a 10.5 tog, ensuring all year round cosiness! Due to the fancy Stratos temperature control technology, this fab duvet keeps you snuggly in the Winter and cool in the Winter.

The Simba Hybrid Duvet has 3 separate layers. The cotton outer layer has the fantastic Stratos heat control technology which helps to draw heat away and is cool to touch. The Second layer is made with 'Simba Renew Bio' a sustainable material made from recycled plastic bottles, and it's designed to biodegrade at the end of it's life. This cosy layer provides lovely, but non clammy or sweaty warmth. The final layer is pure cotton to help ensure breathability.
I have to say, I've been trying out this duvet for a few days now, and honestly it has hugely improved my quality of sleep. I've sleep for longer, woken up less during the night. It's so wonderfully comfortable.

More fantastic benefits of the duvet is that is stitched into squares, this helps prevent clumping and stops the duvet from moving around inside the duvet cover. I can't STAND that. Plus it's also machine washable which is an absolute godsend.
Honestly, the duvet is really high quality, really cosy and comforting. It's suitable for the cold seasons and the hot ones too, it's an eco friendly option for bedding. What more could you want in a duvet?
