Holy Island
Holy Island is historic and it lies just off the North East coast. Even though it is a short drive away, you will notice a lot of high tides that shut the island off from the rest of the world. This happens to include puffins but you will also see seals, dolphins, and more.
Bamburgh Castle
This is a huge castle and it towers over the village of Bamburgh. It spans over nine acres and it also gives you amazing views. It’s often referred to as being the finest castle in the country and it is a true gem within the region. Alnwick Castle
Alnwick Castle was used to film the Harry Potter movies. It is one of the most famous castles in the UK and it’s a stunning place for you to visit.
