If you’re looking for a way to sneak a bit of learning into playtime, Go Genius World from Wicked Uncle is a total win. My children absolutely love it, and we’ve spent hours exploring the globe from our living room! The game is designed for 2-4 players aged 7 and up, with wooden playing pieces, colourful boards, and multiple-choice question cards that cover everything from capitals and continents to the tallest mountains and saltiest seas. Landing on a forfeit or move-forward/backward square keeps the game lively, while earning points and filling your personal Go Genius passport adds a little extra excitement.

It’s educational without feeling like a chore, each round is quick enough to keep everyone engaged, and the materials are sustainably made – something I really appreciate. The only downside is that with just a few dozen question cards, we noticed repeats when playing more than once, but it hasn’t stopped the kids from asking to play again and again. Perfect for birthdays, rainy afternoons, or just a fun family challenge, Go Genius World makes learning about our planet genuinely entertaining.
