Karma Cola soft drinks are made from Fair trade, organic ingredients and

Why I Don't Miss Being Pregnant

DIY Shaving Foam Marbling Art

This was like the most fun craft I have done in a long time!
I really wasn't sure it would work, but it did, and I love the results.

10 'Legimate' Reasons For A Toddler Tantrum

My Little Girlie has definitely hit the Terrible Two's now.
I love her to pieces, but pretty much every day now,
she has a little tantrum about something or another.

Tantrums strike at any moment, and however ridiculous the reasons may seem to a grown up,
they are clearly important to the child!
So here are my Little Girlie's;

30 Random Acts Of Kindness Ideas

I recently set myself a challenge of doing Random Acts Of Kindness for 30 Days.

(I say recently, I started it in February! I completed it throughout March though,
just haven't written it down till now!)
I am happy to say I did succeed with the challenge, although it was tough at times, trying to ensure I did something every day. So anyway, here is my list of what I did during my 30 day challenge. I hope it inspires you and possibly gives you some ideas!

Get Spring Inspired

I am writing this as the rain is pouring, it even snowed here last week. Totally crazy, I remember for like..the last few years April has been the hottest month. Clearly not this year though. Oh well, it is still technically Spring, as the sun has been here for a few short visits, so maybe it'll be back soon! (fingers crossed)

DIY Burlap Candle Jars

Ahh this is the most easiest DIY in the world I swear.
I really like how they turned out as well.
They would look perfect in your home, lit during the evening
or you could even hang them outside in your garden when you have friends over.
You Will Need:
* Baby Food Jars
* Glue
* Florist's Wire
* Burlap
* Tea Lights

1. Clean your jars thoroughly.
2. Cut the burlap to the correct size, and if like me you want to cut out a shape
(I cut a heart shape out).
3. Glue the burlap to the jar.
I find it so much easier to use a hot glue gun,
but I'm sure other glue would work fine too. (Maybe not Pritt Stick!)
4. Wrap wire a couple of times round the top of the jar.
Then bend some more into a handle shape, attaching to either side by twisting it.
5. You could also tie a little bit of string around the jar, just to add to the cuteness.

6. Wait for it to dry, and pop in a tealight. :)

Vita Coco Coconut Oil - Review

I've finally decided to jump on the bandwagon, and see for myself what all the fuss about Coconut Oil was!
I've heard it can be used for a huge number of things, but I have never tried any for myself.
I guess, because I am not a big fan of the taste of coconut, has kind of put me off buying it for any other reason! I was recently given the opportunity to try out Vita Coco Coconut Oil, and see what I thought.
Their slogan is 'Eat it. Wear it. Swear by it.' Which just perfectly sums up the wonderful multitasking product.
From using it in cooking, to using it as a beauty product.
I've found out that coconut oil is a definite staple in anyone's house.

First of all, let me just say, however simple it looks, I love the packaging that the oil came in.
I'm actually using the box in my room right now!

Vita Coco Coconut oil is Extra Virgin, organic and cold processed which is what you need to look out for when buying coconut oil, as it ensures you are getting the best quality product.

Like I said, there are so many uses for coconut oil.

I've tried using it as a moisteriser, I have super dry skin, and this just feels amazing.
It smells delicious and its so nourishing.
(Just because I don't like the taste, doesn't mean I don't like the smell!)
I've also tried it as a deep conditioning hair mask. Putting it on the ends of my hair and leaving it to soak in for about 15 minutes, it left my hair so soft and shiny.

There are SO many uses for coconut oil, so why not try it for yourself?

Are you a fan of coconut oil?

Disney Songs That Make Me Feel Stuff ♫

I LOVE love love Disney Songs.
Seriously they are just, the best.
Especially the ones from the older, less well known/popular movies
(I don't just love them because they are from less well known movies, and i'm trying to be cool haha).

I do have to say though, considering the amount of times I have watched Frozen,
I still do not hate that song.
I kinda like it. Don't judge me. Disney has good catchy songs!

Anyway I wanted to make a fun list today of some of my favourite Disney songs, that make me feel different..erm...feelings.
So, let's get down to business (to defeat, the Huns)

Songs that make me Happy
Everybody Wants To Be A Cat - The Aristocats
Aristocats is such a good movie.
So there's gotta be one of the songs included in this list!
This is such a good, happy, singalong/dancealong song!

I Wanna Be Like You - The Jungle Book
Jungle Book is such a classic. All the songs are fantastic, but this has to be my favourite.
I remember when I was younger my dad had a Disney soundtrack CD
and this was the one he always used to sing (and dance) too. It was hilarious.

Friend Like Me - Aladdin
Classic Robin Williams.
This song is so brilliant, you just have to sing along!

Songs that make me Sad
When Somebody Loved Me - Toy Story 2
Every single time I watch this movie, this scene tears me up. It's so sad.
Poor little Jessie! I always used to think my toys felt like this if I put them away. :(

Reflection - Mulan
This is such a good song, and just makes the movie.
It's perfect.

Songs that make me feel
I'll Make A Man Out Of You - Mulan
Ahh now this is such a good song!
It's currently my ringtone, its so good!
Definitely the most empowering song on this list.
It makes you feel you can do anything you put your mind too.

Why Should I Worry - Oliver & Company
I used to love this movie so much.
No one seems to really know this movie, but it is a good 'un!

Let It Go - Frozen
Sorry but this song had to be on here.
I can hear you frowning at me. Haha.
No matter how overplayed and oversung, I do still like it.

Zero to Hero - Hercules
Hercules used to be one of my favourite Disney movies too!
I love these women, they're so awesome.

Songs that make me HappySad
(you know, when you cry cause you're happy?)

Part Of Your World - The Little Mermaid
Even singing this song in my head makes me tear up.
It just reminds me of being really little, must have been the first Disney movie I watched.
It just makes me reminisce, and so emotional!

Beauty & The Beast
For the exact same reasons as the song above, this song makes me well up too.
It's such a beautiful song, and Belle is beautiful, and the scenery is beautiful.
Ahh this song is perfect.

My Ultimate Favourite ♥ ♥
One Jump Ahead - Aladdin
I know every word to this song, every voice.
It's such a good sing-along song.
I remember making a video with my brother and sister when we were younger,
lip syncing to this song. So funny. I wish I still had that video haha.

What Disney songs make you feel stuff?

Mummy Guilt

I feel like this is just one of those posts that I need to get out of my system.
The kind of post that you don't really know what you are going to write, until you are writing it.
Do you write like that sometimes?

I've recently been suffering with a terrible case of mummy guilt

Mummy Guilt #1
My little girlie has just started nursery, she's only 2, and it brings me and her to tears every single time I have to drop her off. She screams my name and I feel awful. I've literally been counting down the hours until I can rush back and pick her up again. Of course, 5 minutes after I've left the nursery, she's perfectly happy playing,  chatting away to the other children and staff, they send me photos and everything.  But I do feel so guilty leaving her there upset.
Mummy Guilt #2
Alongside #1,  I think the reason why she gets so upset is that I have never left her alone before. Of course I've left her with her daddy, but not really for that long ever, and she's never been without either of us. I sort of feel that maybe I have mollycoddled her a bit too much, but I didn't want to leave her, so why should I? I love my little girlie. Yeah so the question on this one is - Does it make me a bad mother that I've never been without her? The staff members at the nursery did seem a bit shocked to begin with when I told them. Is this not a normal thing to do?
Mummy Guilt #3
The sleep deprived monster. Both the little ones have had bad coughs recently. The fun kind of coughs where they wake up every ten minutes because their coughing has woken them up. I just get them back to sleep and then they cough again! Sometimes there's even the bonus of vomiting, then cleaning that up, and getting them back to sleep again. Tmi? So yeah this mummy is not good on very little sleep. I cannot focus, I get so grumpy, and I get moody with the little ones.  It's not their fault they have these stupid coughs poor babies. Bad Mummy.
Mummy Guilt #4
I feel like I don't show my little ones how much I adore them as often as I could.
As I'm writing #4, I'm kind of thinking, why do I worry about this? I absolutely adore my babies more than anything in this world. I tell them a million times a day, I cuddle and kiss them and play with them at every opportunity. I make sure the first thing I do every morning, and the last thing I do before I go to sleep at night is
give them a big squeeze and a kiss.

So to finalize, mummy guilt is STUPID and totally pointless. There's no point in feeling guilty about the most frivolous things.

Show your little ones how much you love them,  and care for them. Show them they mean to world to you,  every single day. ♥

DIY Lavender Scrub

It is a total coincidence that this week's DIY is also lavender scented. Haha.
So sorry if you hate the smell. But like I said before I find lavender such a relaxing and calming scent, so I'm using it again!

Its perfect for a relaxing bubble bath, as an all over body scrub.

You Will Need:
* 1/4 Cup Baby Oil
* 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
* 1/4 Cup Unscented or Lightly Scented Body Wash
* Lavender Essential Oil
* Optional - A teeny weeny bit of purple food colouring (or red & blue mixed together)

1. Mix together the baby oil, sugar & body wash until it's an even consistency.
2. Add a few drops at a time of the lavender essential oil.
A few drops go a long way, so you don't want to add a huge amount.
Mix it all up again.

3. Next, if you are adding food colouring, seriously, add a teeny amount.
If you are using blue & red mixed together,
mix it together in a separate bowl before you add it to the scrub.
Mix it all up again :)
4. Pop the scrub in a cute jar, and you're all enjoy!

5. Enjoy your deliciously smelling, exfoliating body scrub!

Do you like the smell of lavender?
Will you be having a go at this DIY?

MILK! Nell's Dairy Review

This may seem like a little out of the ordinary sort of post. :)

But I feel the need to express my love of MILK.
Seriously, I do love milk.
Milk on cereal, milk in tea, milkshakes, even just milk on its own.
(I may or may not be one of those people who are often frowned upon because they drink milk straight out of the bottle. I so do that)
I'm getting a bit off topic here.

I was recently given to opportunity to review Nell's Dairy whole organic Guernsey milk.
Nell's Dairy have a small herd of Guernsey cows which produce the A2 milk.
The milk, as I said is organic, and totally creamy and delicious.
My little girl also approved too. It arrived quickly and efficiently in a well packaged box.

As well as the obvious health benefits from organic A2 milk, another fantastic thing about Nell's Dairy Milk is the fact that many customers have left feedback saying it helps reduce their asthma & eczema symptoms. I have heard that milk can have an effect of both of these conditions before, but I have never really thought about testing that theory myself,
as a sufferer of both eczema & asthma.

You can purchase their Guernsey milk online, as they deliver nationwide and it'll be delivered straight to your door.
Perhaps you are also an asthma or eczema sufferer looking for something to improve your symptoms.
Why not give Nell's Dairy Guernsey Milk a try?

This post was sponsored but I did not receive monetary compensation.
received my own Milk to review. All opinions are my own.
