Evolve Journal

I haven’t started using the Evolve Journal (Version 2.3) just yet, but my first impressions are really positive and I’m genuinely excited to start using it in the new year. The journal is beautiful — the paper feels high quality, and the overall layout feels calm and inviting rather than overwhelming. I especially appreciate that it isn’t just pages of blank space; the guided prompts make it feel approachable and take away that “what on earth do I even write?", which I always seem to get with traditional journals.

The Eat The Frog section really stands out to me — as a serial procrastinator, I love the idea of identifying the task I’m most likely to avoid and getting it done first.
