Instructions:

  1. Start by making your frame:
Place the larger plate onto your cardboard and trace around it to make a big circle. Then, using the smaller plate, trace a second circle inside the first one to create a ring shape. Cut out both circles so you're left with a donut-like frame!

  2. Punch a hole for hanging:
Use a hole punch to make a small hole at the top of your cardboard ring. This is where you'll attach the string to hang your masterpiece.

  3. Prepare your contact paper:
Lay the cardboard frame on your contact paper and trace around the outer circle. Cut out this shape from the contact paper, and then stick the cardboard ring onto the sticky side.

  4. Let the decorating begin!
Now comes the fun part! Let your little ones decorate the sticky middle of the suncatcher however they like. Autumn leaves, tissue paper, sequins, or even glitter can add some sparkle to the sunlight filtering through the window.

  5. Finish it up:
Tie a piece of string through the hole at the top. Once your little one has finished decorating, peel off the backing of the contact paper.

  6. Hang & Display:
Find the perfect sunny spot in your home and hang your new autumn suncatcher proudly. Watch how the light shines through the decorations, filling your space with autumn magic!
